Promise Me
Synopsis:
Sabrina Chandler has had a rough go at love: just before her high school graduation, she found her boyfriend in the arms of her so-called best friend.
Tyler Anderson, the town’s
sexy bad boy, stepped out of the shadows then to save her pride. Drawing
strength from him, she left everything behind and sought a new life for
herself, far away from the pain and shame.
Fast forward ten years: Sabrina is settled in Miami, happy at last—until her best friend urges her to attend her high school reunion and face her painful past once and for all.
And…maybe meet the mysterious Tyler once again.
Can Sabrina find the courage to face the demons in her past, let go of the pain, and move forward into happiness? Or will insecurity and self-doubt ruin her one chance to get the love she’s not sure she even deserves?

Review:
Sabrina had a bad go around in high school with love. She thought the guy she loved was the one that she would spend the rest of her life with until one fateful night, she catches him with her "best friend". She runs into a guy that helps her pick up her pride and decides to leave right after graduation. She never really explained to anyone why her and her boyfriend broke up. It was just too hard. Now it is ten years later and time for her high school reunion. She doesn't really want to go because she doesn't want to see her ex- boyfriend and ex-best friend. Her new best friend encourages her to go and face everything that has happen. Get some closure for herself finally and possibly run into Mr. Mysterious Tyler.
Great interactions between the characters and how the story played out.
I'm not a fan of cheating and don't understand how someone can take someone back after that, but I am glad that they were able to have their happily ever after.
