Review:

I knew this was a series before I started reading, but I didn't except every book to be so short. This is the first part and it pretty much gets you straight to the point, but not very much happens. All they do is meet, fool around A LITTLE in the limo, he takes her home, then the next day he shows up and offers her a position on his campaign. And that's it. I guess I just have to finish the series, but I was hoping to get a little bit more information out of the first book. It was well written and it drew me in, but there just wasn't anything to it. I would recommend buying the bundle and having all the books at your access right them and not read them separately by each book.

Book Two: Chase #2

Synopsis:

Larissa Jacobs' financial debt may be a thing of the past, now that Senator--and the all-but-certain future president--Chase Underwood has offered her a lucrative position in his campaign. But, like the rest of Chase's staffers, Larissa is asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement; only Larissa's NDA comes with some interesting stipulations that may make or break their arrangement.
The last thing Larissa wants is to go back to working for Black Tie Escorts, but she doesn't know if she's prepared to give Chase what he's asking for. Add the nosy reporter who seems intent on learning more about Larissa and her role in the campaign, and Larissa begins to wonder if she's cut out for the role of Senior Personal Assistant.

Book Three: Chase #3

Synopsis:

Larissa Jacobs has finally found the man of her dreams in presidential candidate Chase Underwood, but her dreams of happily ever after have been put on hold indefinitely. As the campaign heats up, Larissa is forced to watch her colleagues bask in the glow of their loving relationships while her romance with Chase fizzles in the shadows of lavish hotel rooms.
It doesn't help that the tension between Larissa and Chase is mounting as they anticipate the L.A. Times feature on his visit to Baltimore. When the feature finally runs, three days before the election, Chase and Larissa are thrust into the center of a scandal that will rock the nation and the very foundation of their love.
Will Chase give up everything he's worked so hard for to restore Larissa's reputation?

Book Four: Chase #4

Synopsis:

To get her as far away from the scandal caused by her affair with presidential candidate Chase Underwood, Larissa Jacobs has been flown to a lavish villa in a remote area of the Tuscan countryside. Since delivering her heartfelt denial of their affair on national television two days before the election, Larissa has heard very little from Chase. But Larissa's apology works like a charm and Chase wins the election by the skin of his teeth.
Larissa watches the news coverage of Chase's victory and fantasizes about him storming into the villa in Tuscany and making good on his promise to marry her. But her fantasies are becoming less and less appealing with every day they spend apart. It doesn't help that the hot Secret Service agent assigned to guard her has become the only person she can speak to.
Will Larissa remain true to her promise to wait for Chase? Will Chase finally put his love for Larissa before his career?
